Change of Mind Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on lash products. Please choose carefully before making your purchase.

Returns Eligibility

You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement under the ACL if:
The product is faulty or defective.
The product is not as described.
The product is unfit for its intended purpose.

Conditions for Returns:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number and receipt).

The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Non-Refundable Items


We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Used or opened products.
Products damaged due to improper use.
Sale items or promotional products.

How to Request a Return or Refund


To request a return or refund, please contact us at support@awangelabel.com with the following information:

Your full name.
Order number.
Reason for the return or refund request.
Photos of the product (if applicable).

Once your request is received, we will review it and provide instructions on how to proceed. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your request.

Return Shipping


Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product, unless the return is due to a fault or defect covered under the ACL.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.

AWANGE LABEL is not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.

Refunds Process


If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Refunds will only be issued for the product price. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where AWANGE LABEL is at fault.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@awangelabel.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
