Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 from the time your payment is confirmed.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. Awange Label is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the item.
Please note, orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship the next business day.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option you choose. The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days. Cost calculated at checkout.
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days. Cost calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-21 business days, depending on the destination. Cost calculated at checkout.
Express International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days. Cost calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the shipping carrier's website.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may be applicable upon the package's arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address when placing an order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Delivery is considered complete when the package is left at the address provided. For high-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure the package is securely received.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@awangelabel.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Awange Label is not liable for packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
