WHAT ARE LASH CLUSTERS?
Lash clusters are lashes you put on yourself at home to get the look of lash extensions. They come in small segments that you stick under your natural lashes using a special glue. You can apply them yourself in minutes, whenever it suits you.
IS THIS BEGINNER FRIENDLY?
Absolutely! Our lash system was designed with beginners in mind. Every kit includes clear, step-by-step instructions so you know exactly what to do from start to finish—no guesswork, no confusion. The segmented lash design makes placement simple and precise, giving you full control and a flawless finish on your very first try. Most first-time users apply their lashes in 10 minutes and are blown away by how easy it is.
What tools do I need to apply lash clusters?
You’ll need an eyelash curler, mirror, bond/sealant (adhesive), remover, the lash clusters themselves, and applicator tweezers. Our starter kits come with everything you need for a flawless lash application.
Do I need to trim lash clusters?
Our lash clusters are designed to fit the average eye shape without trimming. However, if you want a more customized look, you can carefully trim the outer edges. Just make sure to cut in small increments and maintain a smooth line so the lashes blend seamlessly.
WHAT MAKES OUR LASH CLUSTERS DIFFERENT?
Our DIY lashes are designed to mimic traditional lash extensions, giving you that flawless, fluffy look that turns heads. With 192 ultra-light, faux mink lash clusters per kit, you’ll get multiple sets that blend seamlessly into your natural lashes. They last 7+ days, saving you hundreds on refills — all from the comfort of home.
How do I apply lash clusters?
Our lash clusters are quick and easy to apply. You’ll use a special bond (lash adhesive), to attach the lash segments underneath your natural lashes, then lock them in place with a sealant. Every kit comes with clear, step-by-step instructions to guide you through the process. Even if it’s your first time, most people master their application in 10 minutes.
Follow our simple step-by-step guide
What if I make a mistake while applying? Can I reposition them?
If the bond hasn’t fully set yet, you can gently slide the lash cluster off and reposition it without damaging your natural lashes or affecting the final look. With a little practice and control, you’ll find it easy to adjust, even if it’s your first try.
What’s the difference between bond and seal?
Bond is the adhesive that attaches the lashes. Seal sets the bond, removes tackiness, and protects from moisture and oil.

Why do my lash clusters stick to the tweezer during application?
This happens when bond transfers from your lashes or lash clusters onto the tweezer. Clean your tweezers regularly with our tweezer cleaner during application. Keeping them clean helps with precision and stops clusters from sticking to the tool instead of your lashes.
Why won’t my lash clusters stay on?
Check that your lashes are clean and oil-free before application. Apply bond just above the lash line, wait 40-60 seconds before applying the clusters, and seal properly.
For a step-by-step breakdown, see our guide on how to get long-lasting lash clusters.
My inner and outer corners keep lifting. What should I do?
A secure, long-lasting hold starts with how the lash clusters are applied. Trim the lash clusters if needed so they fit your lash line perfectly, avoid placing them too close to the inner or outer corners, and use your tweezers to firmly clamp the base after sealing.
Why do my lashes look grey or have a white cast after sealing?
You may be brushing the seal through the lashes. Only dab it at the base using the tip of the applicator.
My lashes feel sticky or clump together. What am I doing wrong?
You’re likely using too much bond or not waiting long enough before placing. Use a lighter amount and wait 40-60 seconds before applying the lash clusters.
Why are my lash clusters not applying evenly?
Use good lighting and position your mirror below eye level so you can look down during application. Start from the outer corner and work inward for better control. Gently hold your eyelid taut or lightly tape it up, making it easier to place each lash cluster evenly.
For a step-by-step breakdown, see our guide on where to apply lash clusters.
The lashes poke or feel uncomfortable. Is that normal?
No. They may be too close to your waterline. Place them slightly above and ensure they follow your lash curve.
For a step-by-step breakdown, see our guide on where to apply lash clusters.
Why do my lash clusters last longer on some days than others?
Lash retention can vary depending on how well your lashes are prepped and what they’re exposed to. Natural oils, leftover skincare, or even how much you touch your eyes can affect how well the bond holds. Sweat, steam, and skipping sealant reapplication can also break down the adhesive faster. For consistent wear, always start with clean, oil-free lashes, let the bond get tacky before applying, and reseal your lashes 2–3 times a week to reinforce the hold.
To reseal, apply sealant to both inner sides of your tweezers and gently clamp at the base of your lashes.
For a step-by-step breakdown, see our guide on long lasting lash clusters.
Why do my lash clusters keep sliding during application?
This usually happens when the bond is too wet. Let the bond become tacky (wait 40-60 seconds) before placing each lash cluster. If it’s still slipping, reduce the amount of bond.
Why do my lashes feel heavy or uncomfortable?
This is usually a placement issue. Make sure you’re not applying too close to the waterline or layering too many segments. Always place lash clusters slightly above your lash line and follow your natural curve.
For a step-by-step breakdown, see our guide on where to apply lash clusters.
wear & care
how long do lash clusters last?
Our lash clusters last 7+ days with proper application and aftercare.
Will lash clusters damage my natural lashes?
When applied and removed correctly, lash clusters are gentle on your natural lashes. Always use a remover to dissolve the bond and avoid pulling them off dry.
Can I reuse lash clusters?
Our lash clusters are designed for single-use only to ensure the cleanest, safest, and most flawless application every time. Reusing lash clusters can compromise the bond, hygiene, and overall finish, so we always recommend starting fresh. Each kit includes enough segments for multiple full sets, offering 7+ days of wear per set and exceptional value with every use.
Can I wear makeup with lash clusters?
Yes, but avoid oil-based products around the lash clusters as they can break down the bond adhesive. Keep your lash line free of makeup and buildup by cleansing your lash clusters daily with our Lash Mousse Cleanser.
Are lash clusters waterproof?
Yes, our lash clusters are designed to hold up through everyday life—face washing, long showers, and even sweaty workouts. They're made to stay put through moisture and steam. If you plan to swim, keep in mind that chlorinated or salt water can break down the bond adhesive more quickly. Tears can also affect retention. For best results, avoid direct lash contact with these types of water or wear goggles to protect your bond.
Can I wear lash clusters with sensitive eyes or contact lenses?
Yes, but remove contacts before applying. Once lash clusters are set, contacts can be worn comfortably.

HOW ARE LASH CLUSTERS DIFFERENT FROM SALON EXTENSIONS?
Salon lashes are applied one by one in a 2-hour appointment. Time consuming, pricey, and hard to maintain. Our lash clusters are made to be applied by you in just 10 minutes from home. They're placed underneath your natural lashes for a seamless, lash extension finish — no gaps, no bulky strips, and no salon needed.
aftercare
How do I clean my lash clusters?
For best results, use our Lash Mousse and Cleansing Brush.
Lightly dampen your lashes and eye area using water or a wet make up pad. Shake well, then apply 1-2 pumps of the Lash Mousse onto the lashes. Gently massage downward along the lashes using the cleansing brush. Rinse thoroughly with water and pat dry with a lint free towel. Do not rub. Avoid water pressure from the shower and avoid circular motions with the cleansing brush.
For faster drying, blow-dry your lashes using cool air on the lowest setting. Once dry, brush through with a clean spoolie to restore shape.
How do I remove lash clusters?
Apply remover to the base of your lash clusters. Wait 30–60 seconds, then gently slide the lash clusters off with the tweezers. Reapply remover if needed.
How do I store my lash cluster kit?
Store in a cool, dry place. Ensure bond, seal, and remover lids are tightly closed.
How often should I reapply the sealant?
Reapply 2–3 times per week to protect the bond and extend wear time.
To reseal, apply sealant to both inner sides of your tweezers, then gently clamp at the base of your lashes.
Can I sleep with lash clusters on?
Yes. Our lash clusters are designed for multi-day wear. To avoid premature lifting or damage, sleep on your back where possible and use a silk pillowcase to reduce friction.
Can lash clusters cause infections or lash thinning?
When applied, removed, and cared for properly, lash clusters are safe for your natural lashes. Always start with clean lashes and cleanse daily with our Lash Mousse to maintain healthy, beautiful results. Good hygiene and gentle removal are key to keeping your natural lashes strong and thriving.
Will lash clusters stop my natural lashes from growing or falling out naturally?
No. Your lashes follow a natural growth and shedding cycle. Our lash clusters are lightweight and flexible, so they don’t block or damage new lash growth. When applied and removed correctly, they don’t interfere with your natural lash cycle at all.
Do lash clusters block new lashes from growing in?
No. Lash growth happens below the skin’s surface. Our lash clusters sit on the lashes — not the skin or follicle — so they don’t interfere with new growth at all.
