How to Use:

  1. Work in one small section at a time. Each section the size of a cluster.
  2. Apply 8 small dabs of Locked & Lovely Bond per section.
  3. Wait 40-60 seconds for the bond to get tacky.
  4. Also apply Locked & Lovely Bond to the base of your cluster lash.
  5. Once your wait time is complete, apply your cluster to your lash line and repeat the steps above.
  6. Once your lash set is complete, apply your Flawless Finish Sealant to the base of your cluster lashes. 
  7. Then apply your Flawless Finish Sealant in between your tweezers and clamp at the base of your lashes to lock in your look.
